Clure Brothers Furniture Delivery Agreement:

Clure Brothers Furniture is a company based on integrity of our customer service.
Customer service is our first and foremost priority for you as the customer, from the time you walk in the door, to the delivery of your furniture, and service after the sale. We will go above and beyond to make your buying experience an enjoyable one.
Like any business, we are faced with several liability issues and time confinements. This acknowledgement is to let you as the customer know what we can and cannot perform due to these real issues.
We need a 2-hour delivery window.
We can move and take away old furniture only if it is being replaced with furniture purchased from our store. We will remove a piece of equal size or smaller to make room for your new piece. We do not disassemble bunk beds, waterbeds, entertainment centers, etc. We also do not move any electronics, TVs, computers, etc. Please have your home ready for delivery.
We wear shoes to protect our feet. We cannot take our shoes off due to unforeseen events that could occur. We carry booties in our truck, and would be more than happy to put them on for you to protect your floors.
Clure Brothers will not be held liable for any sun bleaching or any damage to floor or surfaces due to furniture wear.

48 Hour Return Policy

We have a 48 hour return policy on all merchandise in stock. Any returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and forfeit of any delivery charge and fabric protection fee.
Merchandise such as mattress protectors, pillows, clearance, blowout, AS-IS, layaway, and/or special orders may not be returned.
Allow up to 12 weeks on all special orders. Unforeseen events such as fabric shortages may take longer.
Charge card purchases will only be credited back to the charge card the items were originally purchased on.
If paid by check, please allow 10 days for processing before refund will be given. Returned checks will encure $30 per check.
